![]() ![]() Product Trademarks means all proprietary names or designations, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and brand names, including registrations and applications for registration therefor (and all renewals, modifications, and extensions thereof) and all common law rights, and the goodwill symbolized thereby and associated therewith, for a Product. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Trade Marks mean registered Trade Marks and Trade Xxxx applications and include any sign or logo, or combination of signs and/or logos capable of distinguishing the goods or services of one undertaking from those of another undertaking Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 11.9. Licensed Marks means the Localized Game Marks and such other trademarks expressly authorized in writing by Shengqu to be used by the Licensees. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Kite hereby grants to the Company, during the Term and in connection with the Company’s business, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, royalty-free license to use the Kite Marks for purposes of marketing, promotion, advertisement, distribution and sale of the products and services of the Company in the Territory.
